IAM Event: University of Edinburgh

On Wednesday 23rd November, the Chemistry Society of the University of Edinburgh hosted a presentation to mark IAM. The IAM presentation was delivered to society and faculty members, exploring the definition of Islamophobia and examining how Islamophobia manifests across all sections of society. During the presentation, some students shared their views on the challenges facing the UK with regard to tackling hate crime and discrimination.

We would like to thank the Chemistry Society of the University of Edinburgh and their Well-Being and Inclusive Officer, Elena Gil Gutiérrez, for hosting this event.
