IAM Exhibition at the University of Huddersfield

IAM Exhibition at the University of Huddersfield

During the first week of Islamophobia Awareness Month, the University of Huddersfield hosted the IAM exhibition on campus. Staff and students were able to view the exhibition on campus. The exhibition is a hugely informative and insightful tool for understanding Muslim experiences and contributions in the U.K. With Muslims only making up approximately 5% of the population in this country, many do not know what it means to be Muslim or much about Islam for that matter. This exhibition can be used to open conversations between both Muslim and non-Muslim communities and is a great opportunity to learn about the former.

We would like to thank the BAME Network and Islamic Society at the University of Huddersfield for hosting the exhibition and supporting the IAM campaign.

The exhibition is available to hire throughout the year. If you would like to hire the exhibition, please visit: Hire IAM Exhibition (islamophobia-awareness.org)
